Hi all,

Our client has a lot of sales people who wants to know if there is any way of configuring outlook to crm through some script (powershell) without any manual intervention.

Basically we are using CRM 4.0 On-Premise installation with Outlook-2007. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

    There are a couple of options available including Microsoft System Center and Group Policy Objects. The CRM 4.0 Implementation Guide is a good place to start to learn about the options: www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx.
