Add dialog window to print button

I want to add a function prior to the print button.

The user shall have the option to start a process or decline it.

After that the print process shall start as usual.

Is it possible to add that function to every print button that is used to print a sales report?

    What you can do is add your logic to the report, that way it will trigger everywhere.

    I'm using that way (STRMENU Function, so the user can decide what he wants) for specific sales reports to display a different titles or informations.

    Here I would like to add a logic to all sales reports.

    In the Sales Order List Page I can see the Page Action (Development Environment -> Tools -> Object Designer -> Page -> Design -> View -> Page Action).

    Is it possible to create a page action that will open a dialog prior to the print action?

    You can add the action and store the value in a variable and pass it to the specific print button, there are a few print actions on that page, what are you planning to achieve?

    The user shall have the option to store the reports in a document management tool. The dialog window I want to display shall pop up when the user either wants to print or send the report per mail. I have seen such a dialog window in nav (was implemented by a some other guy), but I couldn't figure out how to add the action to both buttons.

    I don't understand what you are referring, what dialog box and what options will it have? be clear.
