I have an existing project that uses Dynamics GP 2018 with eConnect that I need to update from .NET Framework 4.5 to 4.6.1. After performing the update, the project is returning a BadImageFormatException when attempting to load the Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.eConnect dll. I haven't changed anything other than the framework version. Is there some other dependency of eConnect that needs to be updated?
This is for a standalone project. The project is a class library needs to be able to target either 32 or 64 bit assemblies, since it will be imported into other projects. For that reason I'm using a dynamic assembly loader to select which dlls to load into the assembly based on the current platform's pointer size.
