Hi All
after signing in the profile page is updated, it does not update and spits an error message "We are Sorry, but something went wrong..."
Any idea why this happened? how can i save or update the page? or how can i change the button from updating to Saving?
any help guys

Hi, I noticed that if you remove the "Preferred language" - field from Profile Web Form, portal will give you such error. Bringing the field back (although not the a preferred solution..) solved it for us for the time being.
I made changes to the profile web form which is how fields gets added or removed based on business requirement, which in the past was never a problem in Dynamics CRM ...
This has been reported to Ms hopefully hear back soonish.
I have tried reverting back but to no avail.

Have you done any changes to Profile Web Form? If you have, please roll back the changes and see if it works. Unfortunately, the tracing capability is still not enabled for Dynamics 365 Portals. It is coming soon.

Sorry, I meant there will not be much difference between 2011 portal and Dynamics 365 portal regarding the resolution of errors.
But have you tried the steps given in the portal. I think there will not be much difference between 2011 portal and 2013 portal regarding the resolution of errors.
