
Hello All Experts,
Can anybody help me in achieving the functionality.
1. Need to create a separate contact folder in the outlook.
2. Need to Add contacts in this folder.
3. Need to add this folder to the crm , meaning all the records in this folder will be same as in crm.
e.g folder contains 10 contacts then crm should contain 10 contact records.
can anyone help me in resolving this.

The automatic contact synchronization only works in one direction, to outlook from CRM and that is if you have server-side synchronization turned on.
To get contacts from outlook to 365 there are a couple of methods:
1. You can use the "Import Contacts" option in "File" -> "CRM" -> "Import Contacts" of your outlook client. This creates a data import record that takes an xml, csv, txt, xlsx, or zip file and you can map the info from there.
2. You can create a data import from inside Dynamics CRM which takes the same file types as option 1.
