Batch order doesn't have routecard

Dear Experts,

In our Organization, we are creating production order as well as Batch order. Now for (Batch\Control number"P123), we have production order and its RouteCard is there means production order is ok,but watch in Batch order, ther is no route card for batch order of same (Batch\Control number"P123).So, my question is what will be the process to appear batach order route card as well.Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your reply, Please check the Route for that item, i checked it from "Product Information Management Module" select that item then route as shown in image, but in production order Batch order then view tab and select Route Card that is empty as shown in the post screenshot. As we new that route card should be made automatically as we watch it from view tab in production control module.

Thanks for your reply that issue was resolve,on the item route was not activated so i did now route is showing on if we check route there but when we are starting Batch Order it trowing this error.
