I have updated the User Defined groups in GP for each account. The change is not reflecting in Management Reporter, is there something I'm missing?

To get those items to show up usually you would only need to exit MR and then open it again, this is only if you are on the Legacy provider for GP. If you are using the data mart provider for GP you may need to go as far as dropping and adding the provider back again in the configuration console. This would include deleting the DDM database in SQL.

Hi,
Try logging into MR for the company database you are connecting, and click Tools > Refresh Cached Financial Data
This will delete the current cache and refresh all the accounts, etc.. It will not harm your current reports.
