is there a possibility to provide the Store Commerce App and the extensions as .msi?

    Store Commerce App and Extensions - Mass Deployment
    The sealed installers are only available as a exe files from LCS. I don't think there is any option to request the SCA extensions as msi either. 
    You can use a combination of the exe files + config files + Powershell for mass deployment.
     

    You can also look at third party packing solutions, which might help you convert it. If this for intune deployments, you can also take a look at https://github.com/microsoft/Microsoft-Win32-Content-Prep-Tool
