Quote record not showing flow option so that I can pick a workflow

I have a quote record, and I want to kick off an on demand workflow, but when I try to find Flow and then my work flow, the flow option isn't even there. 

My on demand workflow is based off the Quote entity.  It is also active.

Any help is appreciated, thank you

    Never mind...I had to enable Flow in the system settings on the Customization tab, that fixed the issue.
