Good morning
I have to install a IM in a client machine alsoo I have to give access to the user to run integrations but is not working, I am receiving a message that I have to install the IM.exe on the C: drive and gave me the path, but the exe file is there, and I can open from outside GP but is not working from the main menu,
Please I need a urgent advice, I have to make this work :(

It sounds like IM is already installed, and you might just need to update the dex.ini so that it can be launched from within Dynamics GP.
