I'm currently exploring the possibilities of integrating Instagram and LinkedIn with Omnichannel in Microsoft Dynamics CE. I've successfully set up other channels, but I'm uncertain about the process for Instagram and LinkedIn integration.
Has anyone successfully integrated these social media platforms with Omnichannel Dynamics CE, and if so, could you please share the steps or any considerations I should be aware of? Your experiences and insights would be incredibly valuable.
