Batch job stuck in executing

Hi everyone,

I have this strange occurrence in batch job. User 'A' job was stuck in executing, while for other users that had run the same job is running fine. Although, user 'A' can run other jobs without problems. Hope you can help me with this.

Thanks, Please check Batch Group server is assigned.

System administration > Batch Group > Select "Report" > Click Batch Server Tab > from here; As you can see image below:

Select servers = is active!

Actually, I mentioned below is the very first step to setting up the batch job. If your Batch group is active.

You should check these:

1.1. Physical Performance of your server.

AX Minimum requirements: 8GB RAM, CPU 4 Cores (equivalent of 8 Threads)

1.2. Re-organize your SQL Server "Live, Model, Baseline or logs" to a different Path of DISK. example: dblive to C:\, dbmodel to E:\, dblogs to D:\ etc

1.3. cleanup is very important. after you did these. Do the re-indexing and syncing table.

Go to System administration > Database > SQL administration

No Luck?

2.1 You need to ask ax expert about it. if it is not standard, it's hard to say DIFFICULT.

Maybe AOS Runtime is risking.

2.2 Develop your own Batch Job using X++
