Enable attachments on Vendor Maintenance Screen

I have added the screen 03.270.00 (Vendor Maintenance) to the Attachment Configuration.  I added the screen twice assigning Table APDoc & APTran and entering an Existing Folder Location (UNC path).   The Note/Attachment icon under the Document tab within the Vendor Maintenance screen is still grayed out.  Can someone inform me what I'm doing incorrectly?  Thank you!!!

    Change the TABLE to read Vendor - not APDoc or APTran.

    This will fix your problem.

    The icon will only activate if the document has already a document attached.
