HR Deduction/Benefit changes rolling down to payroll GP 2010

When making a change in HR to a deduction or benefit, the TSA settings are not rolling down. The dates and amounts rolls down and the user is set to Payroll View for HR. Is there a way to roll down the TSA settings? (the check boxes as to whether they are tax sheltered or not)
