how to change from email address for Print payment advoice - email

Dear Community,
Hope every one is doing well.

I have requirement to change from email address for the email sending functionlity of Payment advice print management.
I have tried debuging to overide the From email but i wont be able to find from where it is taking my user email id.
Please refer below screen shots.

also i tried to debug but not getting from email address in print setting.

Hi Vijay,

Sender Email address can be changed in the user option for system users.

Hi Abdul,

This is working fine, but in our case same user is set in workflow user group as well, so in that case they will not get any workflow notifications email in there inbox all will go to sender email.

Can you please help me on this, I want to set from address. I have tried below to set under custom configuration provider but not getting the option to set from address anywhere.

Please share if you have any documents available.
