My User try to Make Purchase Credit Memo , when he got error "Entries applied to an Outbound Transfer cannot be unapplied"

i debug the error then i got the following part in the code

"IF ItemLedgEntry2."Entry Type" = ItemLedgEntry2."Entry Type"::Transfer THEN
ERROR(Text023); "

Samer,

Question - You are trying to make a Purchase Credit Memo. Are you starting with a Purchase Return Order to process the Post Shipment and Invoice or returning the Item from a Purchase Credit Memo? Also, the Item in question, is the Item Ledger Entry being returned pending in a Transfer or moved?
