Cannot Upload Images to Guides PC App

Hello. 

when I try to upload files to the video or image section in MS Guides the upload failes. I use the recommended file formats.

    How can I create a support case.

    When I select Dynamics Guides its not possible to process any further.

    Yes. All settings are set according to the documentation of the set up process.
