Hello Forum friends,I received the above error when I tried to run a test send with an email with a/b testing in the subject heading - can anyone provide any insight?.Kind regards,Graham
Hi, Graham
I have reproduced your issue. It appears due to not selecting the A/B test you have set.
You can add multiple A/B Tests to an email, which are distinguished by Test name. When you set up A/B Test in Customer Journey, you need to find the test you need in the "Choose A/B test" option.
If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.
Best Regards,
Nya
Thanks very much Nya, this has appeared to have worked. I am testing it today.
Thank you,
Graham
