RetailTransactionSalesTrans CustInvoiceTrans Relation

Hi everyone!

I spend some time to look for some reliable relationship betweent RetailTransactionSalesTrans and CustInvoiceTrans and at first I thought the InventTransId will be the way but in RetailTransactionSalesTrans this inventtransid occurs not all the time which is quite a shame.

I need this connection because from all transactions in POS there will be an invoice after statement posting and I'm working on report showing all sales from POS and from HQ.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Hi Jakub,

Every retail transaction will be posted to a sales invoice using the sales orders. Probably, you can first find the reference between the retail transactions and sales order lines. Then you can use the InventTransID from the sales order lines to have the link with the sales invoice transactions.

Hi André,

Thanks for response! I thought about that unfortunately in SalesLines and RetailSalesLines there is no field which I can use to join RetailTransactionSalesTrans. I also looked for relation table but without success.

Hi Jakub,

you can get custinvoicetrans of retail transactions using salesorderid and invoiceid in RetailTransactionTable .

No direct relation between RetailTransactionSalesTrans and custinvoiceTrans but you can use RetailTransactionTable to get custinvoicetrans records.
