Missing sub-grid function at while making form

Hi everyone,

I am wondering if there are anyone faced the same problem as mine.

I was making a form and cannot find the sub-grid button(and other function) in the insert section. 

The upper image with the red circle was the normal page, the the other one was my page. 

Could anyone help? Thanks!

    Hi Florida,

    You can try to go Power Apps(https://make.powerapps.com/ ) to add sub-grid control in the form.

    Navigate to the Data and expand it to click Tables in the left pane, then select one entity you need(Account).

    Move to the Forms tab, and choose one main form to open it.

    Clicking '+component' and all components will appear in the left pane, then you can view subgrid under 'Related data' tab.

    Hi,

    In addition to Leah's answer, sub-grid control is not available for Card and Quick Create forms.

    Also, Maximize the form design window, if the window is small, because of responsive designs some buttons are not shown.

    For example, in small sized window sub-grid option is hidden:
