8MinervaWay, Go to portal.office.com login with your credentials and select the users from user list and delete, the respective user will be disabled and you can also restore the same user using restoring options.
Deleted user's list will be available in the deleted user's view

Go to Admin Portal (portal.office.com/.../home) and delete the user.
The user would be disabled in CRM.
If I get your question correct, CRM users can't be deleted. They can only be deactivated. Or you might need to go to Azure admin module - user management to edit the users. (I don't actually know what is your question)
As with all Dynamics CRM/365 users they can never be deleted.
You can only deactivate the users. (and remove license for O365 account user)
