Since I cannot import my 9.0 Security, is there a report that can be run for the Security in 9.0? I need one that has all of the settings to set up in 2010.

In my personal opinion, from my experience in doing this, I think its better to redesign the security from the ground up with the customer - showing them the way the security roles and tasks work.
We just built a spreadsheet that assists with mapping out the users needs - from which we then make decisions about copying and adapting existing GP2010 security roles as required.
The standard security report you get from GP 9.0 via Reports > System can run into a big quantity of pages and just be confusing to aborb and understand.
