Solution for RFQs resulting into too many Vendors in the System

Hello,

I have a requirement where for each PR we are sending RFQs to let say 20 vendors.

Now out of these 20, 10 vendors I don't want to create it into the Vendor master table. I just want them to use in the RFQ.

Has anyone handled this case before?

Appreciate any tips.

    Mohammad Yusuf , As of now, while creating an RFQ from PR, we could select only vendors. After few releases, MS would provide (positively hopping) an option to send this to prospective vendors or contacts which in fact will help onboarding only relevant vendors.

    Hi Mohammad，

    RFQ copies material, quantity and vendors from the purchase request line. The article mentioned a method of creating a requisition that uses an RFQ. We can add multiple vendors automatically or manually, and finally accept a reply from a vendor. In this process, it seems that we can only select and add vendors, and the system does not seem to be able to create vendors in creating a requisition that uses an RFQ.
