Recurring Cash Receipt Frequency Settings

I am looking to set up recurring cash receipts sales entries in Dynamics GP, but when I set the Origin as "Cash Receipt Entry" it automatically greys out and sets the Frequency to "Single Use".

Where do I find the admin settings to enable different frequencies for cash receipts.

Thanks,

    Hi,

Unfortunately, Dynamics GP out of the box does not support recurring cash receipts. You might consider scheduling an import to run each month to enter your recurring transactions. You can even schedule integration manager to do it each month if you wanted to. You would, of course, need to own Integration Manager for this to work. If you do not have any integration tools, you could use the Table Import utility to import the transaction. Be careful with the import utility because it doesn't go through the business rules, it essentially just writes records to the file. It's not difficult to do and there are detailed instructions in the Dynamics GP Software Development Kit (SDK).

    Kind regards,

    Leslie
