Hi All,
I have a mail box in D365 Online Dev environment and it is enabled for "Incoming" and Outgoing emails.
I could able to receive the emails but when I send email from my D365 applications it is showing "Pending Send" status and will be like that for ever and not sending emails, What could be the reason. How to fix this, what are the things I can check
I am using "Exchange Online" to send emails
Bit urgent for me.

Hello Babu,
Please check below things.
1. Have you done enable your Mailbox in the CRM ?
2. Please Push the Dynamics 365 extension for your Mailbox.
3. Please enable below setting for your user in personal settings.

We have had it happen a couple of times.
1. When our Outlook mailbox reached capacity
2. When a user changed the "From" on emails when we have a process to always send as "Customer Care"
3. Network issues
Go to Settings / Advanced Settings / Settings / Email Configuration / Mailboxes
1. Open the mailbox that is sending the emails
2. Under the Common section click on Alerts
Sometimes the alerts will give you helpful information, and sometimes you have to google to find a resolution.

I checked all the settings and unfortunately I am not able to fix the issue
