Hi Randz.

In the purchase order line you will find some project related fields. Based on the error msg. I assume you have filled these fields in your Excel file. May you please check it?

Hi Randz,

Can you indicate what information you provided for the purchase order lines? What columns with what values?

Did you also import the purchase order header?

project ID and project category and activity number are some fields on PO lines

since your PO is linked to a project, need to provide them

easiest way is to to export one of the PO line with project and note project related fields and then use the same in next import

The information I have populated on the purchase order lines import template is only on the below columns. The rest of the columns I left blank.

My PO is not linked to project. That is why I am suprised I am getting this errors.

could you share the exact error message and visual?

even though PO lines are being imported, quite possible PO header might be linked to a project

could you confirm with visual of PO header
