Hello everyone,

Today I tried to update a managed solution in another enviroment, but its giving me an error due to dependencies.

In the past I installed the sales insights, and microsoft imported 8 solutions into the enviroment:

I tried to update a managed solution in another enviroment, but gave me an error due to dependencies:

So I unistalled all 8 solutions, and it worked.

Yesterday, microsoft updated the enviroment and installed this two updates:

Because of that I have the same trouble:

But this two solutions not appearing on my solutions list to be deleted.

How can I fixed?

Thank you in advance !

    Howdy!

What you need to do is go to your admin portal and check the version numbers of the first party Microsoft Applications in your environment.  If any are out of date, you should probably update them.  What has happened is that the source environment has a newer version of the solutions/apps than the target does.

After you perform the update, you might be able to perform the import.

Additionally, you can take a look at the solution in the source environment and make sure that you are ONLY adding the stuff that is unique and unmanaged in that environment to the solution and not to include ANYTHING that is from a managed solution (especially the first party Microsoft Managed solutions)
