Hi All,

When I am opening EP page for some profiles then facing these issue

1 - Unable to retrieve data from the data source. Contact your system administrator for assistance

2 - Unable to set parameter values before rendering the report. Contact your system administrator for assistance.

3 - Query (12, 2) The dimension '[Transaction date - fiscal calendar]' was not found in the cube when the string, [Transaction date - fiscal calendar].[Year].[All], was parsed.

Please share your view .. how can we resolve this issue.

My user have system admin rights in Ax and I am admin at server as well.

Hi Anjaneya,

You tried to process the cubes?

Please, review the parameter BI calendar. And then, try to deployment the cubes.

All the issues you see there - in the Role Center pages for these profiles, are related to SSAS not being setup properly on your instance. These are the KPIs that AX is trying to display and doesn't have the right data sources to get its data from.

Rodolfo is right on pointing some resources to do that.

Thank for reply guys... I have followed the steps suggested in links provided by Mr. Rodolfo ..

I created a new date dimension by going SYstemAdmin>> Setups> BI>> Analysis services>> Date Dim. like shown in screen shot.

Please correct me if I have gone in wrong directions. Then run UPDATE by Analysis Services project wizard then tried to deploy the by same wizard and getting this error.(In the below screen shot)

Please help me on this

Double check the Fiscal Calendar.

General Ledger > Setup > Ledger > Fiscal Calendar Field
