I want to create a event campaing on Dynamics CRM 2016  but i will capture the clients data from a event on my university, It means that I dont have any list or contacts on my Dynamics ... not contacts..

I need to create activities of emails and calling, but I will do fours events on my university and I need to automaticaly  send a welcome email for each new user of this campaing, but i want to keep the new users in a marketing list becoz I want to have control over all campaing process

How Can I manage this ?

If you have already distributed the activity, then it will not be created for the new leads.  If you have not, it will.

    now another doubt..

If i have a open or campaing in progress, and I have a Dynamic list , when I add a new lead to this dynamic list ,will be created the activities for this news leads ? I mean email activites and call activities...  or I have  to do it manually ¿?

    Hi Dani,

I would suggest using Lead entities for what you are trying to do here.  You can then create a Marketing List that is dynamic that is based on the Source Campaign for the Lead for each campaign.  Although, not sure if this is really needed as you could add the leads manually to the campaign as well...

If you are trying to bring these leads into CRM automatically from another system you could use the Queue setup tied to an email address and create the lead automatically from this using the "Automatic Record Creation and Update Rules" in Service Management settings.  You could maybe even set a field (as example) on the Lead entity within this that could also drive your Marketing List for each campaign, this way it would be very dynamic to add members to each campaign / marketing list based on ones that come in from the queue.  The "Automatic Record Creation and Update Rules" can also send emails as well in the Specify Other Actions steps.

Hopefully this is what you were looking for.

    Thanks much,
