why all task in microsoft ax 2012 hidden??

Because it is currently stopping the service. You can only get access to this when it is running or stopped.
The AOS takes a while to stop and start. Often it times out and sais it did not manage to start it, but if you wait a few minutes it is back up again.
If the AOS says "Stopping" and does not finish (and you tried to refresh and restart Services) then try a system reboot.

Go through Task Manager, Processes Tab, choose the AX32Serv process, right click "go to details", right click again and choose "End Task"
So: Last paragraph, final sentence, final word.... Reboot. I will be surprised if it still is stopping when that is done.
And as Denis sais, killing the process (end process) might also work.
