Real time journeys - Event registration form dynamic text not loading

Hello everyone,

I'm having a lot of trouble with event registration forms lately, since all of the new options for session registration.
One of them is that for the new forms that I'm creating, the dynamic text just doesn't load.
As you can see below, the event name, dates, location aren't loading. This is a print of the form webpage. In the network log of the browser I don't have any error either.
As you can also see in the country dropdown, we are getting communications from the CRM.

In the print below you can see that the personalization is working in the setup of the form:

The problem is that this exact HTML code is working perfectly on another form (that was created earlier in the year).

Do you have any idea of what might be happening?
I have the same question (0)

Hi there! Good morning, evening, or afternoon - depending on where you are :) Hope you are well today!

    • It sounds like a frustrating issue! Based on your description and the print details, here are potential causes and solutions for resolving the problem with dynamic text not loading in your event registration form:
    • Double-Check the Personalization Setup
      • While the print shows personalization is enabled, ensure that the fields (e.g., event name, date, location) are properly mapped to the data source.
      • Confirm that the data source linked to the form (such as the event entity in Dynamics 365) contains the necessary data.
      • Verify that the event the form is associated with is published and active.
    • Dynamic Text Rendering in the Form
      • Dynamic text in new forms may fail to load due to script errors. Check if the script responsible for fetching and displaying personalization data is missing or improperly referenced in the form's configuration.
      • Ensure the personalization tokens used in the new forms (e.g., {{EventName}}) exactly match those used in forms that work properly. Small typos can cause the dynamic text to fail.
    • HTML Code Differences
      • Compare the HTML code of the non-working form with a previously working one. Even minor differences in configuration scripts or components might result in the issue.
      • If the new forms use a different version of the form template or style, ensure that these versions are fully compatible with the event registration system.
    • Session Registration Settings
      • Newer session registration options may be causing a conflict with how dynamic text is fetched or displayed. Temporarily disable the session registration options to see if this resolves the issue.
      • Review any recent updates or changes to Dynamics 365 Marketing and confirm that all features related to event and session registration are updated.
    • Caching Issue
      • If you have confirmed that the setup is correct and the HTML code matches, the issue might be caused by caching:
        • Clear the cache on the browser you're using to test the form.
        • In some cases, the form designer previews cached data instead of fetching live data.
        • Try testing the form in an incognito window or another browser.
    • Service Configuration or API Issues
      • Check the API calls in your browser's network log to ensure data is being fetched correctly from the CRM. Even if no errors are reported, look for unusual response times or missing data in the API response.
      • Make sure the personalization service in Dynamics 365 is functioning correctly and is linked to the correct compliance profile.
    • Report as a Possible Bug
      • If the above steps don’t resolve the issue and everything appears correctly configured, there may be a bug in the newer forms. Reach out to Microsoft Support with details of the affected forms, including screenshots, HTML code, and browser logs for further investigation.
