HP Laser Printer M602 cutting off right side and bottom of reports

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi!

We have HP M602 Laser Printers that are cutting off the right side and bottom of various reports out of GP 2013.  If we print the reports to a different printer, they print fine.

There appears to be a small, 1/8" margin that HP is "reserving" around the page that we cannot print into.  I am not sure if or how to change this.  Also, we are using Dynamics and printing through Terminal Services.

Has anyone else encountered this?  I will have our IT Admin check the printer drivers but am not sure if this will change anything.

Thank you!

    Hi Karl,

This has to be a printer issue. I've come across a lot of these - as generally the first place people see these issues is when they print an Invoice / check etc out of GP. It could be a hard one to nail down.

I would download and install the latest driver for this printer as a start.

    Ian.
