Timestamp for Statements/Emails/Etc

Hi all,

New to the forum/site. Wondering if anyone else has managed to configure statements, invoices or any communications sent via the system to automatically add a note/action/activity to add a timestamp of what has been sent and by who.

This is commonly seen on other operating systems but can't seem to see on D365

Actually there is no app named d365 accounting. I suppose you were talking about the ERP app, right?

Can you select the app you are using from this list?
