Dear team,
I want to perform an action once the call ends.
I want to open a disposition page when it ends. Now it works fine whenever i open the page prior to ending the call. I have created the required action calls, events and hosted control.
But when i try to open it after the call ends it does not work.
I have tried to link my ActionCall to CloseSession event(As this is the action call that is being fired once the call is ended.) but it does not work.
Looking forward to your help.
