I've experienced a couple of incidents during bulk mailouts. CRM will process a few of the emails normally, then the rest will get stuck on pending send. The problem is that I can see from our Fusemail system that all the emails have gone out. But CRM doesn't seem to be aware that the emails have been sent, the email activities remain on pending send endlessly re-trying and spamming our customers with duplicate mail.
I'm wondering if anyone has experienced similar behaviour and how they resolved it.
We haven't had any other mail related problems and I've been unable to replicate the incident.
