calculate warehouse adjustment in item journal not bringing up item tracking lines

Hi,
 
We have created a Warehouse Journal with the below  Internal Document Reference : 
 
 
Internal Document No.
MISCOUT27032025
 
However, creating the Item Journal for the above mentioned Internal Document we use the function Calculate Warehouse Adjustment.
 
The above function brings only the Item Details however, it doesn't bring the Item Tracking associated with the Items.
 
While posting the Item Journal we are getting the below error :
 
If requesting support, please provide the following details to help troubleshooting:

    Hello,
     
    I think the item 79377 has a Item Tracking Code and in Item Journal Transaction the Item Tracking for the item is missing. That's why it gives an error.
     
    Kindly check the same.

    You must assign a lot number for item 79377. Line No. = '10000'." occurs because the item requires Lot Tracking, but no lot number is assigned in the Item Journal. Since Calculate Warehouse Adjustment does not transfer lot/serial numbers, you need to manually enter them under Line > Item Tracking Lines before posting.

    If the warehouse entries has Lot No. assigned they should bring in the Lot no. or create item tracking when you use the warehouse adjustment, I would say try to debug the process in the report 7315 which is the process suppose to create Item tracking Lines.

    Hi, Have you tried turning on the following option?
    However, I also recommend debugging it, as it looks like a data problem.

    We Enabled the Item Tracking Lines for the Journal Batch and tried to assign the Lot Number from Item Journal Page.
     
    However, it is giving the below Error while assigning the Lot in the Item Tracking page  :
     
    Error message: 
    You cannot change item tracking because it is created from warehouse entries.
    The item is set up with warehouse tracking, and location PGN is set up with Directed Put-away and Pick.
    Adjustments to item tracking must therefore be made in a warehouse journal.

    I have followed with the feedback given by Mr. Yun Zhu, however, the solution provided gives a Error as 
    posted in my earliar post.
     
    As mentioned by Mr. Yun Zhu, we need to debug the issue with the Partner for checking if any Data issue.
