How to properly format inbound emails to the Description field in Case Details

I'm trying to get the body of inbound emails to our queue to properly format in the Description field of new cases in the Case Detail.  The issue is the body ends up showing up as HTML code in the Description field.  Not optimal when the CSR goes to look at the case.  Is there a way to have it properly formatted?

    Hi,

    Either you have to write a plugin code to remove these tags

    ashwaniashwin.wordpress.com/.../

    or you can use this option to show description

    dreamingincrm.com/.../
