QTY Received not picking up in departments ledger

We have created a Ledger that contains sold/received items (Pallets in our case). The items sold vs pending qty. to be received does not reconcile or match. Both sold and received are displayed in the same ledger.

Any assistance on matching the qty. would be appreciated
