Custom fields in POS header

We used to have a few of our custom fields show in the POS header area. They were all related to customer information so if a customer walked in, we have their additional information show up in the header. Somehow this has gone away, and we cannot recall how it was ever "turned on". Any ideas?

Thank you for posting your question!

It sounds to me like your HTML Status bar was somehow disabled. Try the following:

1. Open Store Operatiosn POS

2. Press Ctrl + F6 to bring up the Display Properties.

3. Check the box marked "Display HTML Status bar on top"

4. Click OK.

That should bring back your header.
