I have two Business Central environments (country specific) that need to integrate with D365 Customer Service.
Few limitations come to mind with this:
1. LCY for both BC instances are different but D365 CE can only have one base currency for the integration to work (base currency must match LCY)
2. If both BC can't integrate with one CE instance, and two seperate CE instances will need to be created, users signed up to CE Professional license can only access one CE instance. Users with Enterprise licenses could access both instances however.
3. Irony is one CE instance can be used for multi-business units if users were on Enterprise licenses, but BC can only integrate with CE using one business unit, due to the LCY/base currency limitation
Any help around this issue would be must appreciated.
