Configuring Insights Insideview for Dynamics Online

I'm unable to setup Insights on a PRODUCTION instance of CRM Dynamics Online.

It is working correctly in the SANDBOX environment for my account.  The person who is setting this up is a O365 Global Admin and has Professional License assigned and setup correctly in my PROD instance.  He also configured the sandbox version.

I have System Customizer, System Administrator, and Insights User roles.  So does my global admin.  I've followed instructions in this KB Article (minus the installation of the zip file and setting the trusted IPs) to install it, but i get this error message:

The very strange part is that i have the following notification showing up in my browser:

When i click it, it takes me to the previous CRM Dynamics Administration screen where it shows that my Insights Solution is already installed.

The new Dynamics 365 dashboard doesn't let me or at least i don't see an option to install a solution.  The Insights solution is installed so I'm puzzled why I can't get this setup. I've found that users who have not opened up a contact record with insideview in the sandbox are able to see it in production.  Is there a solution to have existing users move or repoint their insight configuration into a production instance?

    Hi, we are having a similar problem with a customer.  We get the same notification shown above.  Our customer does not have a sandbox instance, but users that are trying to test have Professional licenses, System Administrator and Insights User security roles, and Global Admin privileges in O365.  Any help would be appreciated.

    Also, I contacted IV Support, and the said Microsoft is now the first line of support for this feature.  I figured this forum would provide a faster response!!
