Hi,i am facing an error in .def file while importing crystal report in Dynamics RMS,when i am generating report from Utilities>Crystal reports i am facing a problem which is shown in fig.attached.there is no data,a blank screen is appearing.can anyone help me....????

@Talha... Did you find the solution to your case. I am currently facing the same error that you posted in your first question (empty error message).

@Jeff..........Hi Jeff i have created new .def file as you mentioned link but now i am facing an error as"Run-time error 429: ActiveX component can't create object."now please help..........

I'm sorry, I meant 8.5.

Here's a link on how to create a Crystal Report for RMS;

mbs2.microsoft.com/.../kbdisplay.aspx

Must have access to Customer/PartnerSource.

Talha,

Was the .def file created by Crystal Reports 6? That is the only version that will work.
