Retail Transactions are missing

Hi,

I have a issue in retail module, my retail store shifts are missing even i have done CRT.TABLEREPLICATIONLOG truncation activity and run PJOB. shifts are closed at POS end. but at Head office shifts are not appearing. like my shifts are 1,2,3,6,7,8. so shifts number 4 and 5 are not available at headoffice end. what is the possible solution.

Where are you seeing shifts 4 and 5 missing?

Were there any transactions in these 2 shifts?

Are the shifts completely missing from the Channel side as well if you query the data directly?
