Create dashboard on Email tracking data?

I want to create a dashboard to show following KPI's regarding email tracking in Dynamics CRM.

  1. Open rate
  2. who opens most
  3. click through
  4. which links are clicked

    Hi Unaseer,

    Do you use Dynamics 365 Marketing? On docs there is a nice glossery about these statistics.

    docs.microsoft.com/.../insights-glossary

    In general, you can get OotB statistics per marketing contact or aggregated by customer journey or marketing email.

    Maybe there is no need for you to create custom dashboards to display these KPI's.

    You can use Insight tab for analyze results in Marketing Emails, Cusotmer journeys or else.

    docs.microsoft.com/.../insights

    You can use following for analyze that in Insights tab of Marketing email record.

    1. Open rate -> Use "Overview" or "Opentimes" tab.

    2. who opens most -> Use "Interactions" tab.

    3. click through -> -> Use "Overview" tab.

    4. which links are clicked -> Use "Links" tab.

    If you want to create dashbord, you need to use PowerBI, refer the following document.
