When I do Transfer out to Inter store, how can I show all the list of the stores?

Currently using HQ2.0 and I have 4HQ client.

Other 3 stores, when they do transfer out to inter store and look up, they will see all the list of the stores. But one of the store when we do transfer out to inter store, we do not see any list of the stores.

Is there any setting that we need to enable?

Please help!!!

Jonathan,

Look to see if the store has synchronized yet, SO Manager | File | Configuration | Multi-store tab | if you can change the store number, it hasn't been sync'd yet.

In HQ Manager, create a 101 worksheet for that store only.
