I have a crash in my outlook add-in

Outlook 2010  14.0.6129.5 (32 bit)

This happens while trying to syncronize a recurring event.

I would like to stop the outlook add-in syncronization for recurring events, since I don't need calendar synccronization at all.

Thanks

The error message I get

    Are you using CRM Online?

If so, have you tried installing the CRM Outlook Client UR 12?

    Hi Gus,

I'm actually using mainly the outlook plugin. If I check in my control panel I see that I have version 5.0.9690.3233

installed. Don't exactly with UR it really correspond....

If I try to search for download of UR12, I see that the version of UR12 is older. So I expect that I have a pretty recent version....

I already tried several steps, such as uninstall and reinstall... nothing change.

I suspect I have a corrupted entry in my outlook exchange DB and CRM is crashing.

Once again it would be nice if I can totally desactivate any calendar syncronization, if I go in File->CRM->Options

I have desactivated the Appointment Syncronization, but apparently the outlook plugin still looks for recurring events...

I didn't totally understand how to use Filters, this may be a good workaround.... where can I find some good examples for that ?

    Thanks

Can you avoid the address book synchronization from File>CRM>Option>Address book

Also Can you Please avoid all the filters from |File>CRM>Synchronize Drop Down>Outlook Filters>User Filters

Can you check this behavior for another user from the same system

Can you try disabling the Antivirus program into the system

    Thanks,
