Dear All

Refer to the print screen below. This is a permission set created by my vendor

where table data for object ID 0 (all object) was granted the read, modify, delete right

Will this be an audit issues? or too much right was granted to users where they can modify most data?

I have the same question (0)

You have standard system creation and modified on every table. However, it only for record level and does not have before after.

If you want field level and have before after value, you need to setup change log.

Can i ask about the change log setup? If i don't select anything on the Log insertion / deletion / , will there be anything logged? is it a must to do so?

Hi, You can refer to Basic permissions to reset the minimum permission set.

Or, use Change Logs, Field Monitoring, or Data audit system fields features, which should solve the audit problem.

    Hope this will help.

    Thanks.

Seems like someone is not doing a good job setting up your permission.

That basically granting super access to all tables in BC.

The permission should be setup according to what they need to access. Otherwise, you might as well setup them as SUPER user.

ObjectID 0 means that they have these permissions for ALL the table objects in your solutions unless there are another line in the pemission set that defines that limits their permission. So the following lines in your setup seems to restrict access to some of the table. But with the Object ID 0 defined they will automatically have access to any new tables added to your installations as well as those who are not restricted further down in your setup.
