Hi,

I need to receive an 'email notification' whenever a 'job queue gets failed or is at an error stage'.

For that purpose, I created an email account using Account type SMTP & mentioned the mail address on the job queue card but still, I am unable to get the notification email when the job queue gets failed.

Any suggestions/ideas on how can I overcome this?

We dont have such Email field on Job queue entry, How you have entered? Also for this you need to write your custom code to check when the job queue fails and start send the notification to email.
