Hi All,
can anyone help me with how to change this option Organization wide association to LE wise association?
For example I want to create separate WF for USSI, USMF
Unfortunately Association type property on the workflow type is not extensible on extensions so you can not change it to company so the workflow is legal entity specific . However you can try to duplicate workflow type in Visual studio , change the workflow name so that you can differentiate it from the standard one and change association type to company.
Can you handle your requirement at the workflow configuration level by using legal entity value?

You cannot change the Association but you can create many instances of WFs but set the activation conditions as per your requirement in WFs as below:
