Electronic Reporting - Getting RecID in Place of Text field

In D365 FnO, Electronic Reporting I'm making Report of Quality Order and in that there is field "Worker", i have mapped the worker field with the data but the data give comes in RecID.

So anyone have any solution on this, below i have attaching the SS of mapping field and data result

Below image is formula that i have configured but with that i didn't get actual data but still getting the recid.

Below Image showing data result.

So if anyone know how to get the text result or worker name if getting recid in that place.
Want Worker Name but getting RecID.

Hi,

HCM worker table will store will only recid information please join the Dirparty table with HCM worker and use the name field in the ER model mapping. Otherwise we have method in HCM worker that also you can use in expression.
